All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

2.3 Refund Policy:

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of signing your coaching agreement, for any unused 1:1 sessions.

  • There are no refunds available for digital products (including guided meditations or Daily Calm).

2.4 Payment Plans:

We offer flexible payment options—weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all instalments, even if you choose to stop engaging with the services.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All content, meditations, digital resources, and coaching materials are owned by Transformed By Jazz.

3.2 You may not copy, resell, distribute, or modify any materials for commercial use without prior written permission.

4. Responsibility & Disclaimers

4.1 Your participation in coaching and programs is voluntary. You take full responsibility for your experience, choices, and well-being.

4.2 Our offerings do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

4.3 We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services.

5. Media Release & Consent

5.1 With your written permission, we may share your testimonials, written feedback, or images for promotional purposes. We will never share session recordings, which are private and sacred.
